Peltier Winery Winemaker Dinner in Lodi
Join us at The Oxford Kitchen & Gastropub in downtown Lodi for an exclusive Winemaker Dinner featuring Peltier Winery & Vineyards, one of Lodi's most respected, family-owned wineries.
This intimate evening will be hosted by Rodney Schatz (Owner) and Gianni Abate (Winemaker), offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the stories, craftsmanship, and heritage behind every bottle.
Rooted in Lodi's rich agricultural history, Peltier Winery & Vineyards is a fourth-generation farming family operation. Established in 2001 by Rodney Schatz and his wife Gayla, the winery has grown from its early beginnings—starting with 40 acres of Old Vine Zinfandel in 1985—into a 1,000+ acre, sustainably certified vineyard estate in the heart of Lodi wine country.
For this special event, our culinary team has designed a six-course tasting menu, each course thoughtfully paired with award-winning Peltier wines to showcase the depth, balance, and character of Lodi's terroir. Throughout the evening, Rodney and Gianni will personally guide guests through each pairing—sharing insights into their winemaking philosophy, vineyard practices, and the legacy behind Peltier's wines.
